I had the pleasure of dealing with John Weeks (The owner) and I can say he was hands down one of the best on the market I have worked with purchasing real estate. If your looking to purchase property in the Manistee/Baldwin area, do yourself a favor and cut to the chase by going straight to North West Realty! The terms they offer and the treatment alone is why I highly recommend them over the rest. never will use this realtor. Made an offer on a property 2 months ago and was told it was sold. Saw it was still listed and was told it closes on the 3rd of dec and its still listed. I feel like I'm being scamed out of it. Stay away
